This session was such a dream! I’ve had the beautiful Byron White Courthouse on my location bucket list for quite some time, and it did not disappoint. The elegant white pillars, grand steps, and soft neutral tones made the perfect backdrop for Britt and Jeff’s downtown Denver engagement session. We even captured a few portraits with the Denver skyline — a mix of timeless architecture and modern charm that felt so them.
From the moment we started shooting, I could tell how deeply these two care for one another. Their connection was so natural — full of laughter, sweet glances, and the kind of love that’s built on genuine friendship.
Britt and Jeff met through mutual friends, and after years of running in the same circles (and even being in the same fantasy football league!), they finally realized there was something more between them when Jeff moved back to Denver. I loved reading their story in their questionnaire — Britt shared that her favorite thing about Jeff is “his generous and empathetic heart for others, especially his family and me.” Jeff said his favorite thing about Britt is “her kind heart, her sense of humor, and how she loves her family and friends.”
It’s so clear that their love is rooted in kindness, joy, and deep respect for one another — and capturing that was such an honor.
Britt and Jeff, thank you for such a beautiful evening together! Your downtown Denver engagement session was everything I dreamed it would be and more. The way you two love and laugh together is such a joy to witness, and I cannot wait to celebrate your wedding next spring at Arrowhead Golf Club — it’s going to be an unforgettable day!
If you’re newly engaged and dreaming up your own session, I’d love to help you capture this special season. Let’s plan something that feels true to you — timeless, romantic, and full of meaning. Reach out here.
