I LOVE LOVE LOVE snow sessions!!! The snow not only looks dreamy and epic, but it reflects beautiful clean light onto my clients that creates lovely skin tones and makes editing a breeze. Images like these make braving the cold so worth it! Thankfully in Colorado we get snow AND sunshine… even 50 degree days here and there throughout the winter!

I was honored Colleen and Schuyler chose me for their maternity pictures. We met at Dawson Butte Open Space which is a gorgeous location just 15 minutes away from Castle Rock. It’s perfect for winter pictures with all of the evergreen trees and the epic mountain backdrop. Colleen wore the most gorgeous dress… in PINK of course to celebrate their baby GIRL on the way!!!

And wow they BROUGHT. THE. ROMANCE. I have never been so happy to be a third wheel! haha. You can just feel how much these two love each other and those are the kind of images that make my heart sing. Colleen and Schuyler, I am so happy for you two. You are going to be AMAING parents. Your sweet baby girl is so blessed!
