When I look back on my story, being a wife and a mother is what created my love of photography. From being a bride myself looking for that photographer who would capture our wedding day in a meaningful, beautiful way, to now being a mother of two and wanting to preserve these precious memories of my babies, photography means so much to me personally.
It is my deep joy to serve brides and mothers looking for that same thing. I have been in their shoes and I know how much it means. Because really, it's all about love. Photography matters because people matter. Families matter. Marriage matters. Motherhood matters. It's my why and and my heart behind everything I do.
My Family
This is my crew! Evan is my husband of 12 years and my best friend.
My sweet littles, Ethan and Esmé are my joy and the reason I became a photographer!
+ When ordering at a restaurant, I just look for whatever comes with avocado.
+ My husband and I knew two weeks after we met that we were going to get married!
+ I am drawn to minimalism and simplicity in all areas of life.
+ I am a homebody. Being cozy at home is my favorite!
+ We have one kitty named Raelyn who we adore!
+ If you caught me at the mall, I would be in Crate & Barrel, Gap, or Athleta.
+ All time favorite shows are The Gilmore Girls, Parks and Rec, and New Girl.
+ My guilty pleasure is Ben & Jerry's The Tonight Dough! Yum!

My Favorite
I worked at Starbucks all through college. When I started there I did not even like coffee! I would only drink lattes with lots of flavored syrup (hellooo Pumpkin Spice.)
Slowly I learned to appreciate real coffee. Now I drink Americanos (just shots of espresso in water) with a TINY splash of cream!
