Jeff and Jessica’s Colorado winter wedding was such a beautiful day full of so much love! We were so blessed to have a warm day and lots of sunshine for their December wedding. We started the day at Jessica’s home where she and her bridesmaids were getting ready. I loved all the beautiful details, like her engagement ring that Jeff designed, her necklace which belonged to her great grandmother, and the beautiful invitations. The girls helped Jessica get into her dress, and we made sure to get a picture of their cute matching socks!
Jessica’s father walked her down the aisle and the look on Jeff’s face when he saw his bride said it all. Their ceremony was so meaningful and Christ centered. Jeff and Jessica were pronounced husband and wife, and then they shared their first kiss! It was so sweet. Then we whisked them away for their sunset portraits. I was in love with the golden glow in the tall grass and the mountain backdrop! Their tender love for each other was so evident in every image. The lace detail on Jessica’s dress and her stunning bouquet were so dreamy!
After portraits, we headed to the reception. Jessica’s father is a blacksmith, and to honor him they chose to cut their cake with a sword he made! It was pretty amazing! Then the couple danced the night away with their family and guests. They shared a private last dance just to take a moment to themselves to soak it all in, and were sent off with a sparkler exit!
Their Colorado winter wedding was so lovely and I was honored they chose me to capture it for them. Jeff and Jessica, congratulations!!! I wish you every blessing as you begin your lives together as husband and wife.
